Today’s workout was a little challenging, but overall not too bad. I did 8 sets in about 40 minutes. The tricep dips, one legged squats, and push-ups were tough. The rest of the exercises were fairly easy. I didn’t use my knees for my push-ups!!

I just finished today’s workout. I started after dinner and it took me roughly 40 minutes. The lunges, plank leg raises, and push-ups were tough. I did 3 rounds of this workout. For the 5 minute section, I did running on the spot. I didn’t find the workout too hard, but I was definitely sweating after 3 rounds. It was a good balance of all muscle exercises, so I wasn’t overly sore in one place!

Friday’s workout took me 37 minutes and 14 seconds. After the first round my legs were a tiny bit sore, and after the second round they were even more sore. I completed 7 sets of this exercise. It started at 9pm and finished around 9:40. I started with a 1 minute break between sets, but after set 4, I did 2 minute breaks. For today’s 12 days of Christmas workout it took me 37 minutes and 54 seconds. I found it fairly easy because the exercises were broke up nicely. By the 9th and 10th rounds I was sweating and tired.

I did this workout last night before bed. It took me about 50 mins, with a small break in the middle. I was very tired near the end of the 5th, start of the 6th set but I pushed through and finished the workout. It felt good to complete.
