day 45

I just finished today’s workout and it took me a total of 51 minutes and 39 seconds (I did take a few short water breaks🤫).

I started with 100 of each exercise, and then I did 50 of each. That got me to a total of 900, and then I did 20 more of each (for a total of 1020 reps). It was challenging for me to do 100 push-ups in a row, so I alternated from not using my knees, to using them. The crunches and half jacks went by fast, and were easy, whereas the push-ups, squats, and plank jump-ins were harder. Overall, this workout was not too too bad:)

day 44

I just finished today’s workout. I started after dinner and it took me roughly 40 minutes. The lunges, plank leg raises, and push-ups were tough. Although I only did 5 or 6 push ups per round, I didn’t use my knees! I found the jumping jacks, squats, and bicycle crunches were easy. Overall, the workout was fairly easy and I felt good afterwards.

day 42

Friday’s workout took me 37 minutes and 14 seconds. After the first round my legs were a tiny bit sore, and after the second round they were even more sore. I pushed through the last round and at the end my legs were burning. It felt good to finish the workout though, and not give up! Some exercises I found were easy were the air squats and high knees. The wall sit and lunges were hard.

day 41

I did 10 sets of this workout and it took me just over 45 minutes (breaks included). I started with a 1 minute break again between sets, and after set 6 (I think), I started taking 2 minute breaks. I didn’t find this workout too hard, because it was all abs. My abs we’re definitely burning by about the 5th set. I kept going and did 10 sets before stopping.

day 37

hearts = squats

diamonds = sit ups

spades = push-ups (on knees)

clubs = burpees

I forgot to set a timer but I wanna say it took me about 35 minutes to complete this workout. A lot of the clubs were near the end of the deck, so I had to do a lot of burpees while I was already tired. By the end of this workout my heart was racing and I was sweating a lot. The sit ups and squats were easy, but the push ups and burpees were challenging.
